NEW South Wales’ biggest coal miners are feeling the pressure after severe weather and flooding has halted rail and port transport since late last week. BHP Billiton has declared force majeure, while Xstrata, Centennial Coal and Rio Tinto subsidiary Coal & Allied are still assessing their situation.
