Chinese battery players don't see lithium prices easing until second half of '23

CHINESE lithium prices are expected to remain close to their current record highs of more than US$80,000 per tonne until the second half of next year, as booming demand from the electric vehicle sector continues to outstrip limited supply of the all-important battery metal, industry insiders said a conference last week.
