Stymied Habrok files in Gascoyne case seeking liquidation 

ALMOST 100% of Gascoyne Resources shares yesterday voted to back a recapitalisation and new board for the Western Australian gold miner, but that hasn't stopped spurned Sydney-based Habrok Mining launching legal action in the Federal Court of Australia to force the miner into liquidation.
