Greenland winning war on civil costs

GREENLAND Minerals estimates it can smash the civil construction cost for its Kvanefjeld rare earth project in Greenland by a massive 44% to US$175 million – a major potential saving given civil works were a major component of the 2016 feasibility study cost estimates.
