PILBARA Minerals is aiming to use its incumbent position as the first of the new generation of mine operators to further develop its Pilgangoora project, with a scoping study for a third stage confirming the viability of a plan to position the miner as the one of the world's largest and lowest cost hard-rock lithium-tantalum producers.
