Toro defines incremental improvements at Wiluna

URANIUM hopeful Toro Energy remains optimistic it can get its Wiluna project out of neutral and with the price for yellowcake improving ever-so-slowly, the junior worked to update its scoping study in the hopes of being shovel-ready when the market is supportive of new mines.
