Nickel miners Panoramic, Mincor encouraged

A NICKEL price of over $US10,000 per tonne and generally improved outlook hasn’t yet changed the plans at Panoramic Resources or Mincor Resources, the two Western Australian nickel miners that shuttered operations earlier this year as the commodity price plunged to a 14-year low.
