HAMSTRUNG by the new regulatory crackdown on so-called “forward looking statements”, graphite junior Volt Resources has been forced to swap numbers for rhetoric in respect of a pre-feasibility study, assuring investors there were “excellent results” for the possible Namangale project in Tanzania.
