Karara plans debottlenecking budget

GINDALBIE Metals says works to achieve nameplate capacity at the Karara iron ore operation in Western Australia will require $A123.6 million, with $111.1 million forecast to be spent in 2014.

The update follows completion of the first phase of debottlenecking work at the site, which has so far allowed for production at 75% of the project's nameplate capacity.
