THE internationally-renowned Diggers & Dealers mining investment conference in Kalgoorlie is nearly with us again and in many respects the timing of the event couldn’t be better for many of the 50 presenting companies, including 16 basking in A$2000/oz gold prices and others boosted by stronger iron ore and nickel. Indeed metal prices have done most of the heavy lifting for 29 of the listed companies that have seen their total market value rise by well over $110 billion so far this year. Will the good times roll on?
