Johnston talks up WA's mining tech ambitions

WESTERN Australia will leverage its position as a world-class mining province by fostering innovation in mining technology and facilitating the next stage of development of industrial minerals used in batteries such as lithium, WA mines and petroleum minister Bill Johnston told the Future of Mining Australia conference in Sydney.
