Aeris to expand exploration focus

Australian copper miner Aeris Resources plans to triple its exploration spend this financial year as it seeks to add big new, higher-grade resources around its Tritton mine infrastructure in New South Wales, and find an IOCG elephant on South Australia’s eastern Gawler Craton. The 70%-owned Torrens project in SA was “really exciting the market at the moment”, Aeris executive chairman Andre Labuschagne said in Kalgoorlie on the sidelines of Diggers & Dealers.
