Territory delays bid to consult Ukrainians

DIGGERS and Dealers has become the new battleground in the takeover war for Consolidated Minerals, with Territory chief Michael Kiernan today announcing his plans to meet with the Ukrainian Privat group – now ConsMin’s biggest shareholder – and launch a new offer from Territory Resources for the manganese miner within a fortnight.
