TROUBLED nickel miner Panoramic Resources, which two weeks ago stood down most of its remaining operational workforce at the bedevilled Savannah operation in Western Australia’s Kimberley region, lost a big chunk of change last quarter spending many more times on the mine than revenue brought in.
