STAVELY Minerals believes it has made “pivotal” progress at Thursday’s Gossan in Victoria following an “absolute whopper intercept” of low-grade copper mineralisation it interprets as being proximal to the porphyry being targeted.

The intercept of 952m grading 0.23% copper included 10m at 2.43% copper and 0.3 grams per tonne gold, and 38m at 1.59% copper and 0.27gpt gold.
