Nickel Mines becomes the second billion-dollar raiser this week

NICKEL Mines has become the second ASX-listed miner this week to pass A$1 billion worth of equity raisings, with its latest effort of US$225 million pegged to acquiring 30% of the currently being built Oracle project in Indonesia for which it will ultimately pay $525 million for a 70% stake.
