Coal developer-turned-hydrogen hopeful Montem Resources has raised $3 million for its Tent Mountain project in Canada.

The 5.1c per share offer was lead managed by Petra Capital.

Papua New Guinea-focused Mayur Resources has secured $5.85 million to advance its projects.

The funding is coming by wat of a $2.85 million placement and a $3 million loan from Tribeca Global Resources Credit and VT Carbon Partners.

Sovereign Metals has raised £1 million from UK investors, following its listing on London's AIM market last week.

The company's UK broker Optiva Securities was lead manager.

Sovereign said the offer expanded its UK shareholder base.

Corazon Mining has received firm commitments for a placement to Delphi to raise $710,000.

The investment, priced at 3.5c per share, will give the German investor 19.9% of Corazon.

The proceeds will be used for nickel drilling at Lynn Lake in Canada.
