Lithium-boron play backed in big raising

IONEER is undertaking a fully underwritten A$40 million fundraising that’s planned to take the Rhyolite Ridge lithium-boron project in Nevada to the development starting line, with private equity firm Centaurus Capital LP set to hold a total 7.8% stake in the company after subscribing for $20 million worth of shares.
