Triton finds another Chinese graphite backer

TRITON Minerals is set to be 34% owned by Chinese firm Jinan Hi-Tech following the latter investing $8.5 million to buy new shares as well as acquiring Shandong Tianye’s 19.3% stake in the ASX-listed, graphite company for $11 million.

The Shandong stake is being acquired at the cost of 6.2c per share, while the direct investment into Triton is costing Jinan Hi-Tech 4.1c per share.
