Weak returns from 2018 IPOs

LAST year was a pretty good one for new initial public offers on the Australian Securities Exchange, with 93 IPOs, just above the five-year average of 88, but while they raised twice as much 'moolah' as the year before, mineral explorers struggled to offer investors rewards.
