Pacifico Minerals will raise up to A$4.12 million for the acquisition of the Sorby Hills project and for exploration.

The 0.6c per share raising is being joint lead managed by Discovery Capital Partners and PAC Partners.

The offer will comprise an institutional placement of $1.28 million, plus a three-for-seven entitlement offer to raise up to $2.84 million.

Every two new shares issued will come with a free-attaching option, exercisable at 1.5c before November 2020.

China's Shandong Tianye has agreed to boost its stake in graphite hopeful Triton Minerals as part of a $4 million raising.

The raising will comprise a $1.2 million private placement to Shandong Tianye followed by a $2.8 million rights issue to be fully underwritten by Pinnacle Corporate Finance, with both to be conducted at 4.7c per share.

Shandong Tianye's stake will rise to 19.4%.

CPS Capital Group has agreed to underwrite the $2 million priority offer as part of Emergent Resources' $4.5 million raising.

The raising is being undertaken as part of the acquisition of Prometheus Mining.

Black Rock Mining has raised $3 million in an oversubscribed placement at 3.2c per share lead managed by Patersons Securities.

The company placed $2.5 million to institutional and sophisticated investors with directors and management to take up the balance.

The funds will be used to progress the Mahenge graphite project in Tanzania.

Moreton Resources has announced a one-for-10 non-renounceable pro-rata rights issue at 0.8c per share to raise up to $2.2 million.

The proceeds will be used to continue commissioning of the Granite Belt project, advancing the South Burnett coal project, undertaking a strategic review and for general corporate expenses.

Cobalt hopeful Acacia Coal has launched a one-for-one non-renounceable rights issue at 0.1c per share to raise up to $2 million.

Bell Potter Securities and Nascent Capital Partners have been engaged to act as joint lead managers.

The proceeds will be used for exploration at Mt Windarra and Mt Bruce, as well as the assessment of new opportunities.

Peninsula Mines has raised $600,000 in a placement at 0.6c to fund resource drilling in South Korea.

The company has also launched an SPP at the same price to raise a further $600,000 to $1 million.

Sandstone gold explorer Alto Metals has received firm commitments to raise $450,000.

The company will place 9.61 million shares at 4.7c per share, equal to its previous closing price.

Southern Gold has completed a $250,000 placement to joint venture partner Bluebird Merchant Ventures.

The placement was undertaken at 38.6c, an 88% premium to the previous closing price.
