The 10.29% stake was reached after Resolute paid about 38c per share for four million shares - with the transaction for that line of shares understood to relate to an agreement originally reached when capital markets firm Canaccord Genuity managed a A$15 million raising for Oklo at that price back in March - and after the miner bought nearly 1.9 million shares on market earlier this month for about 30c each.

Resolute and investment firm BlackRock are now the only two Oklo owners holding stakes greater than 10% - with the latter holding about 15% - though another investment firm, 1832 Capital, is close with a stake of 9.96%
