Jupiter in takeover talks

JUPITER Mines has announced it has signed an agreement with major stakeholders, Pallinghurst Resources and Red Rock Resources, which will allow shareholders to consider buying a portfolio of assets in exchange for an issue of shares, effectively handing over control of Jupiter.
