Third-party rail access spells congestion: Rio

THE struggle for multi-user access to railways in the Pilbara region of Western Australia continues, with Rio Tinto saying that providing competitors with the right to use its railways would result in the same congested infrastructure problems that have arisen with the coal industry on Australia’s east coast.
