Copper on the way up

COPPER for three-month delivery has extended Friday’s gains on the London Metal Exchange, jumping 3.21% or $US245 in Singapore trade today to $7884 a tonne after gaining 2.17% to close last week on $7639/t. Economic growth in Japan for the first time in a year was the main driver and was reflected in the share price performance of companies on the <i>Final Call</i> watchlist.
