Administrator given 60 days to consider Centaur proposals

CENTAUR creditors yesterday voted to adjourn a meeting to decide the company's fate for 60 days after administrator Stephen Hawke said he has received four alternatives to liquidation from Joseph Gutnick and three other parties.

Gutnick's move to stop Centaur Mining & Exploration winding up would head off investigations about whether directors allowed the company to trade while insolvent.
