Pan Palladium, African Minerals take dispute to court

PAN Palladium and Robert Friedland's African Minerals are today slugging it out in the Equity Division of the New South Wales Supreme Court, with the Australian junior arguing that a dispute over a South African joint venture should be heard by the SA justice system.
