IT is a little more than three years since Sandfire Resources boss Karl Simich hit the US with a bagful of "Make Montana Great Again" baseball caps in an effort to inject some Trump-style momentum in to the permitting process for Sandfire's Black Butte copper project, writes <b>Barry FitzGerald</b>.
