Newmont exits AMC

NEWMONT Mining is selling its 26.7% stake in Australian Magnesium Corp to Magtrust, a company owned and controlled by AMC directors.

Magtrust will buy the stake for a "nominal" amount and plans to on-sell it to a new corporate partner willing to back AMC's magnesium business.
