Lafayette aims to raise up to $US15m through notes issue

MELBOURNE-based Lafayette Mining is seeking to raise between $US10 million and $15 million through a convertible notes issue, with the funds used to ensure the company’s Rapu Rapu polymetallic project becomes “self-sustaining” as well as fund the completion of an exploration program.
