Great Australian acquires 100% of platinum assets

GOLD and base metal explorer Great Australian Resources has gained full ownership of the Mooiplats platinum project in South Africa after buying the outstanding 50% shareholding in Platinum Mining Ventures.

The company will buy the outstanding interest in Platinum Mining Ventures from Africa Pacific Capital in exchange for 17.5 million Great Australian shares, which values the deal at around $4.
