Cape Alumina wins Cape York access

CAPE Alumina has won Land Court approval for its exploration work at Bertiehaugh cattle station in Cape York, where the company is targeting a potential 100 million tonne bauxite project. The unlisted explorer has also called on conservationist Terri Irwin to withdraw a petition to prevent exploration and potential mining work in the area.
