FULL construction is officially underway at BCI Minerals’ A$913 million Mardie salt and potash project on the Pilbara coast, following a launch by Western Australian premier Mark McGowan on Friday.

BCI's Mardie salt and potash project is set to become Australia's largest solar salt project and the third biggest solar salt operation globally, with 500 jobs expected in the construction phase.
