Avenira to sell Senegalese undertaking

CASH-strapped phosphate player Avenira has agreed to sell its Baobab project in Senegal, and its direct 7% interest in the Novaphos technology, to its major shareholders, in a US$4.1 million deal to clean up the company and remove its debts.
