GVK remains positive on Alpha


THE GVK group is seeking to hose down the controversy between federal Environment Minister Tony Burke and Queensland Deputy Premier Jeff Seeney over the approval of its jointly owned $A6.4 billion Alpha coal and rail project as the politicians meet in Sydney today in an attempt to break the week-long impasse.
