Barnett on China and the Rio, BHP JV


AT an economic conference in Perth this week Western Australian Premier Colin Barnett had plenty to say to Australia’s Foreign Investment Review Board on Chinese relations and would-be iron ore marriage partners Rio Tinto and BHP Billiton.
