On Monday Valor Resources, which has a copper and silver project in Peru, closed off its plan whereby shareholders could unload their unmarketable parcels.

When the offer opened, 941 shareholders out of 2678 held unmarketable parcels. Of those 941, 342 took up the offer – 342 shareholders fewer for the company’s overhead administration costs.

Even using the world’s No. 1 search engine I have not been able to discover just how many unmarketable parcels exist.
