Kumova is a former stockbroker and Cranston a corporate lawyer.
Kumova had a huge success with Syrah, and, as with Cranston, has been involved in the impressive market emergence in 2017 of New Century Resources.
The two are to each receive 10 million options in Blaze exercisable at A8c by March next year.
