INDEPENDENCE Group director Neil Warburton is heading up a new Western Australian Goldfields-focused explorer, Coolgardie Minerals, which is seeking to raise A$4-6 million in its namesake district, along the prolific Bullabulling shear zone in the Kalgoorlie Terrane.
