Intermin Resources is making a mountain of gold out of an Anthill, or is trying too, with a resource update for the Eastern Goldfields project, Western Australian, following some 6500m of infill and extensional drilling completed last year.
The maiden resource for Anthill is 1.42 million tonnes at 1.72 grams per tonne for 78,000 ounces, increasing Intermin’s total to 36Mt grading 2.12gpt for 434,000oz
A combined 14,000m of new drilling – half to extend Anthill and half regionally – is also planned.
