African Gold's board comprises Steve Parsons as executive director, Evan Cranston as chairman and Tolga Kumova as a non-executive director.
The three directors are no strangers to Africa: Parsons was the managing director of Gryphon, which was taken over by Teranga Gold in 2016, Cranston was with Ampella Mining, which was acquired by Centamin in 2014, while Kumova previously led Syrah Resources, which recently produced first graphite from Balama in Mozambique.
