GOLD explorer Roman Kings is raising up to A$7 million in an initial public offering to advance its Western Australian projects.

The company is completing a reverse takeover of listed shell Wakenby.

The minimum IPO raise is $5 million.

Roman Kings holds ground in the Eastern Goldfields, with the most advanced project being the Crawfords project, which Roman Kings is earning 75% of from Zinc of Ireland.

Crawfords has an inferred resource of 104,000 ounces of gold at 0.96 grams per tonne gold, which was delineated by Roman Kings at a cost of less than $1 an ounce.

The company also holds the South Darlot project adjacent to Red 5’s Darlot mine, and the Roman Well project, along strike from projects held by Kin Mining and NTM Gold, as well as a number of other projects.
